HF originates business for:

•  Litigation of Swiss Franc Mortgage Cases (largest originator of Swiss Franc Claims in the market - sold over 200,000 leads) •Factoring Car insurance damage claims 

• Other compensation cases such as Early Repayment Commission Refund

HF will support us in sourcing free-credit claims and claim management from onboarding to collection. HF also would use their own databases of ~ 725k consumers and target marketing/social media to build a book. They have full automation in the field of lead generation, verification, sales, pre-trial and judicial debt collection.

Machine learning is used to verify and calculate claims. Helpfind is more of a technology company with a large IT department than a traditional compensation law firm.

CGO Legal (“CGO”) are law firm with 13 years of experience and an established position on the Polish market. Throughout the years of activity CGO have presented a steady, annual increase in income and employment.

CGO have dealt with large scale projects (mass debt collection against banks, administrative proceedings) and have successfully optimized their operations in the course of their experience in order to ensure a seamless collection workflow.

CGO will support us in the collection – litigation of free-credit claims, while working closely with HF.

CGO have valuable experience in pursuing claims against banks (~10,000 claims) and have managed to:
